- Preparing Annual Financial Statements
- Co-ordinating with Statutory/Tax Auditors for annual audit
- Resolve issues in Accounting & Compliances
- Prepare/Validate the Business Plan & projections (P&L, BS, Cash flow etc) for 3/5 years
- Identify broad level funding requirements (Working capital, Capex etc) to achieve the Business plan
- Prepare for Financial/Tax Due Diligence, provide documents and explanation during Due Diligence
- Review Term Sheet, Investment Agreement and co-ordinate with Legal Advisors
- Co-ordinate with Company Secretary for completion of all MCA requirements
- Attend calls with Investors, Legal Advisors and Advise wherever necessary
- Accounting of day-to-day transactions in Tally/QuickBooks
- Periodic reporting to the management
- Maintaining record of documents for Audit/ DD etc
